berbahasa Inggris, ada ayat-ayat yang "terpaksa" meloncat. Misalkan ayat 43 langsung ke 45, karena ayat 44 dihapus. Pada Alkitab Contemporary English Version © ABS 1995; untuk menutupi "meloncatnya" ayat, nomer ayat-ayat yang dihapus digabung dengan nomor ayat sebelum atau sesudahnya.
